The Claim Examination Manual covers daily technical guidance to the adjudication staff for examining each element of the water right as prescribed by the Supreme Court Rules. The manual also describes how the claims examination is coordinated between the regional offices, the adjudication bureau chief, the records section, the water court and the claimants. This manual was last updated September 2009.
