Ann Bauchman, CSD Administrator

I grew up in southern Idaho and made Montana my home after graduating from Carroll College, with a Bachelor of Art degree in History and Sociology. I began working for the Dept. of Fish, Wildlife & Parks in 1979 and then on to the Dept. of Family Services before joining the Dept. of Natural Resources and Conservation in 1989. Federal Grant accounting and reporting was my area of expertise. In 1991, I became the fiscal bureau chief and soon bond accounting enveloped my life. The funding structure for DNRC certainly makes daily life a challenge, but extremely interesting. In 1996, I became the administrator for Centralized Services Division. The divisions' mission "strives to deliver superior and responsive service to employees and the public, while minimizing costs and maximizing effectiveness."
A talented and conscientious staff help us achieve this mission.
