Victory Commons Planning and Development

Commercial Land for Development (pdf)

DNRC and its partners, the City of Kalispell and Kidsports (a nonprofit which operates the Kidsports Athletic Complex), are pleased to announce the availability of  this 21+ acre prime property slated for commercial development in Kalispell. The Development Site, known as Victory Commons, is located between three key Flathead Valley developments: Flathead Valley Community College, the Kidsports Athletic Complex, and the leading commercial development area for the entire Flathead Valley.

The site’s development will occur in a two-phased process. The first phase (Request for Proposals-Planning) invites potential planner/developers to submit conceptual plans to win the opportunity to collaborate with the City, Kidsports, and DNRC on refining a preferred land use plan.  The second phase (Request for Proposal-Lease) builds on the first phase’s preferred land use plan by awarding a long-term lease for the planned site’s commercial development. Our goal is to find a commercial planner/developer that will help us develop this unique parcel to its full potential.

Submissions for the Request for Proposal-Planning will be accepted through close of business on December 14, 2011. Please contact a representative for additional information. Sign up for emails related to project updates.
